Founder member of the UPU.
No evidence has been found to show that any of the postal stationery sent to the UPU had any form of specimen or equivalent protection.
This also applies to postage stamps apart from the 1906 War Orphans Fund stamps which were overprinted in Cyrillic characters before distribution.
