CV100A: Cape Verde
1986 the set of three "Vapor" souvenir sheets designed by Friedensreich Hundertwasser with the four stamps in each sheet overprinted SPECIMEN - for further info refer to "Specimen stamps" / "New information" on my web site www.jamesbendon.com - Scott 488, 489, 490 - these sheets were distributed by the UPU and are very scarce - this is only the third set that I have handled in the past thirty years - the sheets are never hinged but the "green" sheethas a few very light tone spots which show only on the reverse and the "red" sheet has a light bend at the very top well clear of the stamp impressions
