CV099: Cape Verde
1986 the set of three "Vapor" souvenir sheets designed by Friedensreich Hundertwasser with the four stamps in each sheet overprinted SPECIMEN - for further info refer to "Specimen stamps" / "New information" on my web site www.jamesbendon.com - Scott 488, 489, 490 - these sheets were distributed by the UPU and are very scarce - this is only the fourth set that I have handled in the past thirty years - the sheets are never hinged but have been folded horizontally level with the perforations at the foot of the block of stamps
